Marlon White

I am a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, coach, and proud Air Force retiree. After serving my country for 20 years, I retired in 2016 with a deep sense of purpose and a lifelong commitment to service. That same commitment led me into the classroom and onto the football field, where I’ve spent years teaching and mentoring young people across the Triad area. My faith, family values, and dedication to helping others have always guided me, no matter the role.

In March 2022, I became a licensed life insurance agent and soon realized I could serve my community in a new and powerful way—by helping families protect what matters most. I founded Gen Wealth Builders in 2024 with the mission to educate others on life insurance and guide them through building financial security with honesty and care. My approach is grounded in one of the Air Force’s core values, Service Before Self. I believe in building trust, offering sound advice, and doing right by every client I serve.
